During the coffee cupping process, we learn how to recognize low quality and high quality types of coffee in a cup. This is done with the aid of a previous olfactory and sensory training, by smelling certain aromas from Le Nez du Café (a collection of 36 aromas developed to study the world's top kinds of coffee) and trying the basic flavors. Here at this park, people professionally prepare through some special methods, a high quality cup of coffee, such as the Recuca Coffee. This alternative is suitable for people who want to get to know the coffee making process in a deeper way.
